Madisons Always And Forever LLC (“Madisons,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what customer information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you engage our services, including:
  • Name, email address, phone number, and business address
  • Project details, branding materials, content, and images you share with us
  • Payment and billing information (processed via Wise Business; we do not store full payment card or bank account details)
  • Communications between you and us

How We Use Your Information

We use customer information to:
  • Deliver photography, video, and software/UI-UX design services
  • Communicate about projects, invoices, and support
  • Coordinate delivery with our subcontracted technical partner, Tech Zayan Inc., where your project involves software or design work
  • Maintain business and tax records as required by law

Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell customer information. We share information only as follows:
  • With Tech Zayan Inc., our subcontracted partner for software development and UI/UX design, limited to what is necessary to complete your project. Tech Zayan Inc. is contractually bound to use this information solely for that purpose, to maintain its security, and to delete it upon project completion or our request.
  • With service providers (e.g., payment processing via Wise) as necessary to operate our business.
  • When required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.

Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect customer information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, consistent with our internal data handling procedures.

Data Retention

We retain customer and project information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, meet contractual obligations, and comply with tax and legal recordkeeping requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To make such a request, contact us at info@madisonsalwaysandforever.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Clients located in the European Union or United Kingdom may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Mississippi does not currently have a comprehensive consumer data privacy statute; however, we apply the practices in this policy to all customers regardless of location as a matter of good practice.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with the Mississippi Data Breach Notification Law (Miss. Code Ann. § 75-24-29) and any other applicable law.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business clients and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision.
