Refund and Return Policy

This policy is issued in accordance with the Mississippi Consumer Protection Act (Miss. Code Ann. § 75-24-1 et seq.) and general principles of U.S. consumer protection law. Mississippi law permits businesses to establish their own refund terms, provided those terms are clearly disclosed to clients prior to purchase and honored as stated.

Where Madisons provides any pre-made digital products, templates, or physical goods, such items are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded, except where the product is materially defective or does not match its description, in which case a replacement or refund will be provided at our discretion within 7 days of delivery.

As the substantial majority of our offerings are custom services rather than physical products, the following applies:

If delivered work does not match the specifications in your signed contract or Statement of Work, notify us within a reasonable period of delivery. We will correct genuine non-conformities at no additional cost, consistent with the warranty terms in your agreement.

Deposits securing production time, and costs already incurred with subcontractors or third parties for work performed, are non-refundable to the extent that work has already been completed.

This policy is made available to clients prior to purchase via our website and is incorporated into our service contracts. Where a specific signed contract or Statement of Work contains different or more specific refund terms, the signed contract governs.
