1. Agreement
By using the Madisons website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Madisons Always And Forever LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Mississippi, United States.
2. Services
We provide photography, video production, video editing, and — in partnership with Tech Zayan Inc — software development and UI/UX design services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals or contracts.
3. Partnership with Tech Zayan Inc
Madisons remains your primary point of contact for all engagements. Tech Zayan Inc acts as an independent technical partner for software and design deliverables. Each party's responsibilities are outlined in your project agreement.
4. Payments & cancellations
Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation policies are specified in your project quote or contract. Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
5. Intellectual property
Usage rights for photography, video, and digital deliverables are granted as specified in your package or contract (e.g., personal or commercial license). Ownership and license terms are confirmed in writing before delivery.
