Revisions, Cancellations & Refund Policy

At Madisons Always And Forever LLC, we stand behind the quality of every project we deliver — whether it's photography, video production, or software and UI/UX design delivered through our studio partnership with Tech Zayan Inc. This policy explains how revisions, cancellations, and refunds work across our services.

Every project includes an agreed number of revision rounds, as specified in your Statement of Work or contract. We'll refine your deliverables within that scope at no extra cost. Requests for new pages, major redesigns, additional features, or work outside the original agreed scope will be treated as a change request and quoted separately before any additional work begins.

If a delivered project does not match the specifications agreed in your contract or Statement of Work, let us know within a reasonable period after delivery. We will correct any genuine non-conformity to the agreed specification at no additional cost.

Deposits or booking fees paid to secure production time, and any costs already incurred with third-party partners or subcontractors for work performed, are non-refundable to the extent that work has already been completed.
